WhatsAround Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us", "our") operates MyFlea (myflea.in), a Bengaluru-first vendor reach network for flea markets, pop-ups and community events. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Account details you provide when you join: name, brand name, email, mobile/WhatsApp number, primary and optional secondary category, base location, Instagram handle and an optional short description and stall-budget range.
Technical data required to deliver notifications, such as your web-push subscription and device/browser metadata.
To match you with relevant Bengaluru market opportunities and to send you opportunity and shortlist notifications based on your preferences.
To operate, secure and improve the MyFlea service.
Organizers never receive the MyFlea vendor database or your private contact details. They only ever see an anonymized preview: your first name, last initial, primary category and broad base location.
Your phone number, email, brand name, Instagram and stall budget are never shared with organizers by MyFlea.
By enabling alerts you agree to receive relevant MyFlea vendor opportunity notifications. You can disable alerts at any time from your Profile, which stops all opportunity notifications.
You can delete your account at any time from your Profile. When you delete your account we deactivate your push subscriptions and remove you from future matching and reach.
Organizer payments are processed by our payment partner Razorpay. We do not store your full card or bank details on our servers.
